As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for individuals facing anxiety, stress, and performance-related challenges. My approach is collaborative, focusing on identifying your strengths and developing practical tools for mental well-being. My goal is to help you build resilience and achieve your personal and professional goals through personalized support.
Hi, I’m Liz! I help clients heal from past trauma and uncover the root of what’s keeping them feeling stuck. Trauma can shape the way you see yourself, others, and the world—often showing up as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or difficulty setting healthy boundaries.
My work focuses on addressing these deeper patterns to support lasting healing and meaningful personal growth. For those who desire it, I also offer the option to integrate Christian faith into the counseling process.
I believe therapy should not only be effective but also feel human and approachable. We’ll roll up our sleeves and do the work together, while also making space for moments of lightness along the way.
Life can begin to feel overwhelming when you’re carrying stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, relationship challenges, or self-doubt while still trying to show up for work, school, family, and everyone around you. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in survival mode — overthinking, emotionally drained, struggling to communicate their needs, battling negative self-talk, or feeling like they have to keep everything together even when they are struggling internally. If this sounds familiar, you are not alone, and you do not have to navigate it by yourself.
Healing does not mean becoming a completely different person. Often, it means learning how to care for yourself with more understanding, confidence, balance, and grace while creating healthier ways to move through life’s challenges. Whether you are navigating stress, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, burnout, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, therapy can be a space to pause, process, heal, and reconnect with yourself.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. I would be honored to support you in your healing journey and help you move toward the version of yourself that feels more grounded, confident, and emotionally supported.

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where clients can show up as their authentic selves. My approach is compassionate, direct when needed, and focused on helping clients build practical tools for everyday life while also exploring deeper emotional patterns and experiences.
I enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, stress, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm. I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them move toward healing, clarity, and meaningful growth.
