Welcome!
My work with clients values the therapeutic relationship, authenticity, and practical solutions.
I specialize in working with adults and older adolescents, dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, family of origin issues, grief, relationship issues, or low self esteem.
I have experience in group practice, community mental health, and private practice settings, doing psychotherapy with a wide range of clients experiencing diverse clinical concerns.
I earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Professional Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
Hi! My name is Lenaida "Lennie" Rodriguez. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I work with children ages 12+, teens, individual adults, couples and families. Some speciality areas are couples work, grief and loss, substance abuse, perinatal mental health. I am bilingual and have a deep passion for assisting in enhancing the lives of others and empowering them to identify their strengths to overcome their personal obstacles.
I am originally from the Rio Grande Valley and moved to San Antonio to pursue my education and identify other areas of self growth. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University-San Antonio in Psychology. I continued my education and obtained a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, swimming, baking, and working on creative projects.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to be here. Most of the people I work with come in noticing something isn’t working, a pattern that keeps repeating, a relationship that feels stuck, or a version of themselves they’re trying to find their way back to.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling. I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges. A lot of the work I do is helping people make sense of patterns that feel overwhelming or impossible to change alone, and building enough steadiness to actually try something different.
I'm Angela Kehm, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Registered Art Therapist with a foundation in addiction recovery, the aftermath of domestic violence, relationships, community integration, and holistic healing. I earned my training from Southwestern College and the New Earth Institute, where I developed a deep commitment to values-driven, culturally aware care. I support individuals navigating burnout, identity shifts, and the quiet ache of disconnection—offering a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.
In a world that values performance, I hope to reconnect with the importance of reflecting on process to deconstruct: how did we get here?

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding the right therapist in Texas starts with getting clear on what you're looking for. Consider the concerns you want to address — whether that's anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, or something else — and look for a licensed provider with experience in that area. Texas-licensed therapists include Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and psychologists, each with different training backgrounds. Reading a provider's bio can help you understand their approach and decide if they're a good match.
With Texas being the second-largest state in the country, access to in-person care varies widely depending on where you live. Virtual therapy makes it possible to connect with a licensed provider from anywhere in the state, whether you're in a major metro area or a smaller community. Many providers on Headway offer both virtual and in-person sessions, so you can choose what works best for your schedule and preferences.
Therapy in Texas can be expensive without insurance. Using your in-network benefits is one of the most reliable ways to reduce what you pay out of pocket. On Headway, you can enter your insurance details to see estimated session costs before you book, and many patients pay as low as $0 per session. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, making it easier to find a therapist who fits your needs and your budget.
