As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 22 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and at all stages of life. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work (MSW), and I utilize a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that emphasizes collaboration, compassion, and resilience. My clinical training includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), allowing me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique goals and strengths.

As an independent practitioner I can diagnose and treat mental health conditions with full prescriptive authority and order diagnostic labs as appropriate. With nearly 15 years of nursing experience, my passion for patient and family-centered care has evolved from working the on the front lines as an ICU RN during the covid-19 pandemic to addressing the mental health crisis impacting all of our communities as a nurse practitioner.

I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with compassionate listening, creating personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs.
