I bring an open mind and an open heart when working with my clients. I want to help my clients understand that they are not a problem, but the problem is the problem. I respect my clients and work hard to make them feel heard. I work to support my clients in their circumstances and meet them where they are. I have training in EMDR and narrative therapy. I endeavor to provide treatment that is trauma informed. I use CBT skills as well as other interventions.
I know that reaching out for help often feels like the hardest part. My goal is to make our first steps together feel safe, steady, and deeply human. I don’t just see a "client"—I see a person with a unique story, incredible resilience, and a longing to feel like themselves again. In our space, there is no judgment, only room for you to breathe and be heard.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience walking alongside people through some of life's hardest moments. Whatever brought you here: grief that's hard to put into words, depression, anxiety, the weight of a trauma you've been carrying, or the fear and uncertainty that come with a serious illness or a major life change, you don't have to face it alone.
Much of my career has been spent in palliative care, hospice, and grief and bereavement support. I work with adults navigating grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, serious illness, and life transitions. I'd be honored to support you through yours.
My name is Dr. Regina Clark, DSW, LCSW, and I work with children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma and are ready to begin their healing journey. I specialize in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and play therapy for young children.
In our sessions, you will find a safe, supportive space where you are seen, heard, valued, and never rushed. I believe every person’s story deserves compassion, understanding, and care. My practice is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping clients navigate life’s challenges while building resilience and emotional wellness.
I do this work because healing can be difficult, but you are not meant to walk through it alone. I believe growth, restoration, and healing are possible, and I am honored to support individuals and families as they move toward hope, balance, and lasting change.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals turn life’s challenges into opportunities for growth. For more than 35 years, I’ve supported clients navigating, major life transitions, loss, anxiety and depression—always with compassion and respect for each person’s unique journey. My mission is simple: to provide a safe, supportive space where you can honestly discuss your concerns, gain clarity, build confidence, and develop practical tools to move forward.
Wife. Mother. Therapist. Navigator. I value my authentic self and believe we all can trace life’s imprints to dive into the core of who we are versus what life has conditioned us to be. I hone in on my abilities to help all you navigators explore whichever capacities it is that you seek to grow through, heal from, or transition into. You are not just another name, but a whole light. We are all perfectly imperfect. I truly believe you can become stronger through a healthier relationship with yourself and others when equipped with the proper navigational tools.
Are you tired of carrying things that are just too heavy for you to carry alone anymore? As a licensed professional counselor, I can help you carry that load. In my 12 years as a counselor, I've worked with families, children, adolescents, and adults of all ages in homes, outpatient offices, and online. I have a Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision, and have taught in graduate counseling programs, but my first love is working directly with individuals who are dealing with the effects of trauma, grief, burnout, or anxiety. I am a Christian and would be happy to incorporate your spiritual beliefs, whether Christian or not, into our work together, if desired.
