I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in marriage and family therapy, healthcare leadership, and higher education. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work and have spent more than 15 years helping individuals, families and communities navigate change, relationships, and life's challenges. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationships concerns, parenting stress, and the pressures that often come with balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. For clients who desire it, I am also comfortable integrating faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process.

Welcome to my therapy practice!
My work is focused on helping people develop healthy, productive, and satisfying lives and relationships. I see individuals who are dealing with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, addiction, as well as relationship troubles, creative blocks and challenging life transitions. I have a special affinity for those who identify as "highly sensitive" and who feel extra challenged navigating the harshness of the world.

This means embracing change, especially when life gets difficult and we feel stuck, dissatisfied, or overwhelmed. Change is a journey with ups and downs. Personally, I believe we all struggle with challenges at different times in our life and it's the courageous who seek help.

Finding a therapist in Colorado starts with getting clear on what kind of support you're looking for. Whether you're seeking help with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or another challenge, choosing a licensed provider who specializes in your area of need can make a meaningful difference. Colorado-licensed therapists include LPCs, LCSWs, psychologists, and psychiatrists — each with different training backgrounds and areas of focus. Reading a provider's bio before booking can help you understand their approach and decide if they're a good match.
With thousands of providers practicing across the state — from the Denver metro area to mountain and rural communities — narrowing your options can take time. Consider what matters most to you, such as a provider's specialty, whether they offer in-person or virtual sessions, and their availability. A free phone consultation, offered by many providers on Headway, gives you a chance to ask questions and see if the fit feels right before committing.
